All orders are binding once the order is confirmed by filipiniana. First time customers are required to have a minimum order value of 5000 SEK/DKK/NOK or 500 EUR.
We have partial deliveries deepening on stock availability. We will send backorders as soon as possible or otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right NOT to send orders/backorders with a total value below 3000 SEK/DKK/NOK, 300 EUR. If your order is below this amount there may be an added freight cost.
After you have completed your order, you will get an automatic confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed this may take a few days. After your order has been processed an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Once confirmed, all orders are binding.

Claims and returns
In the case of damaged goods it is your responsibility to file a complaint. A complaint is only valid if it follows our company policy. All broken items needs to be taken picture of and sent by email to info(a)filipiniana.se. Pictures need to be sent together with a description of the complaint within 3 days upon delivery. In your complaint kindly state your company name, customer no, invoice no. If the pallet that you received has clear signs of damage please take picture and email it to info(a)filipiniana.se.
In the case of items gone missing from your delivery. Please contact us immediately with the specific items that are missing. Make sure that all boxes are opened, sometimes items can be packed together in a big box to maximize save space and minimize the freight cost.
If you are missing a credit not please let us know by sending an email to info(a)filipiniana.se be sure to include your claim, any necessary information such as pictures of the breakage as well as your name, customer number and order number.
In case you received the wrong item please let us know asap, so we can help you get the right item. Please note that the item code and description may vary from season and a specific items can sometimes get new codes and packaging.
Filipiniana are NOT responsible for delays and errors due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from our suppliers. Filipiniana are not responsible for any changes of products characteristics made by the suppliers and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur for our customers.
On all subsequent orders we offer you an invoice credit of 10 days after approved credit control. All items are property of filipiniana until the items are fully paid. New customers pays by proforma invoice or by agreement first time. Orders with proforma payment terms should be paid within 1 week or the order may be cancelled.
For unpaid invoices and penalty interest of 16,00 % will be added.
Invoices that have not been paid after first reminder will be forwarded to Svea Inkasso.
For items that are not stock items and or specially designed per request we require a downpayment of 30-50%, in order to approve the order. Once we received the downpayment we will process the order and proceed with the special development.
Payments are made through bankgiro within Sweden. We have separate bank accounts in Denmark, Norway and Finland. Payment from other countries will be made to our Swedish bank account.
All prices are excluded 25% of VAT. All prices are for one piece including products marked as set or ass.
Shipment costs will be added to all orders, we so not offer any freight free limits or deliveries. We have a maximum shipment cost of 15% based on your total order value, this means that in the case of any backorders there will not be an added cost if we send your order partially. The exact shipping cost will be calculated once your order is prepared (depending on order value, location and volume).
Our aim is to deliver your order intact with all selected items, in order for you to get your selected items as soon as possible we will send your order with partial deliveries as some products may have longer delivery time. As part of our company vision we work directly with independent factories mostly in the rural parts of the Philippines in order to aid and support local communities, craftsmen and entrepreneurs. As a result the products are handmade and the production time may be longer once one batch of designs are sold out.
